Job summary

Wolta Enterprise Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our customer base in industrial and commercial sectors, build long-term relationships, and drive new business opportunities for LED lighting solutions.

You will conduct cold calling, emails, LinkedIn prospecting, and customer visits to generate new sales leads, tailor solutions to customer needs, and work toward monthly and annual sales targets while leveraging our Glühen, Liden and CES brands.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants should be Malaysia citizens.
• Experience in B2B sales or lighting/electrical products is a plus.
• Strong communication and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and commercial sectors.
• Prospect customers including factories, warehouses, and contractors.
• Cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and site visits to generate leads.
• Build relationships with purchasing, engineering, and facilities teams.
• Assess customers' lighting needs and propose LED solutions.
• Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Arrange site visits when required.
• Follow up on quotations and maintain client communication.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and sales pipelines.
