Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Business Development Executive to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Klang Valley, Malaysia. The role focuses on promoting LED lighting, smart home systems, and related technologies to developers, architects, interior designers, and M&E consultants.

You will plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, while managing product presentations, tender submissions, and daily sales activities.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of sales experience, preferably in LED lighting/smart home systems.
• Strong network with developers/architects/interior designers/M&E consultants is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and act as the primary contact.
• Plan and execute business and sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Promote LED lighting, smart home, and related systems to developers and project stakeholders.
• Present products to external customers to increase market penetration.
• Prepare proposals and tender submissions for projects.
• Organize daily sales activities and ensure timely collections.
