Job summary

Sumi-Tech Industrial Supplies Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales Administration Manager to lead the sales admin team and drive operational excellence in our steel scaffolding and building materials business.

You will conduct regular team meetings, ensure data accuracy in the sales system, and provide insightful reports to management to guide decisions and strategy. The role requires a Degree in Business Admin and at least 7 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Must have degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years related working experience.
• Good attitude, results oriented and a team player.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of sales administration team.
• Conduct regular team meetings and monitor team performance.
• Ensure all data in the sales administration system is accurate and up-to-date.
• Maintain up-to-date reports for management review with insights for decision-making.
• Ensure sales administration processes comply with standard procedures.
• Implement and maintain a proper filing system for timely access.
• Review and improve SOPs for sales administration including credit control.
• Attend to enquiries and complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare and/or compile reports as required.
• Attend to other tasks assigned by Management.
• Meet KPI's.

Ensure that all data in the sales administration system is accurate and up-to-date;

Maintain up-to-date report for management review, analysing sales data, and providing insights for decision-making and sales admin operation strategy improvement;

Ensure that all sales administration processes are carried out in accordance with standard procedures and requirements;

Implement a proper filing system to ensure timely access and organization;

Monitor, review, and improve the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for sales administration, including credit control processes;

Attend to enquiries and complaints, taking appropriate actions to resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction;

Prepare and/ or compile reports as and when required;

Attend to any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Business Admin or equivalent.

Minimum 7 years related working experience in related field.
