Job summary

Sumi-Tech Industrial Supplies Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Executive to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing and coordinating deliveries, while ensuring accurate stock records and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities include monitoring inbound/outbound cargo, inventory control, stock card updates and daily management reports. Forklift operation and independent work are essential requirements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 10 years' experience in Warehouse/Store.
• Forklift certified and able to operate forklift.
• Able to work independently.
• Experience with inventory management and housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, packing and scheduling deliveries.
• Monitor loading/unloading of stocks (receiving and delivery).
• Handle incoming and outgoing containers (import & export).
• Ensure smooth store/inventory management, housekeeping and stock records.
• Record and update stock cards; submit daily inventory reports.
• Implement new SOPs for warehouse operations.

Job description

Responsible for the daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, packing and scheduling deliveries.

To monitor in loading and unloading of stocks. (receiving and delivery)

Responsible for incoming and outgoing container. (Import & Export)

Responsible for the smooth operation of store and inventory management of the organization including housekeeping.

To record and update the stock card. Submit inventory report to the management on daily basis.

Implement new SOP for Warehouse.

Job requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent.

At least 10 Years of working experience in Warehouse / Store is required for this position.

Able to drive forklift.

Able to work independently.
