You will work toward sales targets and KPIs, prepare quotations, process orders, and participate in weekly pipeline reviews to drive growth and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales enquiries and respond to customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales enquiries, and ensure timely communication with customers.
• Process customer orders accurately and coordinate with the relevant internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and expand the customer base.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and recommend suitable products or solutions based on customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and pipeline reports.
• Monitor and follow up on pending quotations, customer enquiries, and outstanding sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal departments, suppliers, and business partners to support sales activities.
• Participate in weekly sales pipeline reviews and provide updates on sales progress to the supervisor.
• Work towards assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Support the team in improving sales processes, customer service, and overall sales performance.
