Job summary

Infomina in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a results-driven sales professional to build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers and to drive IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and managed services solutions.

You will prepare quotations and proposals, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, support tender submissions, and respond promptly to enquiries while pursuing new sales opportunities and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales, or business development experience, preferably in the IT industry.
• Basic knowledge of enterprise IT solutions, cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, or managed services is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated, customer-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct customer outreach through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, renewal notices, and sales documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, technology partners, and vendors to support customer requirements.
• Support tender submissions and other sales-related activities as required.
