Qualifications

• English language proficiency (verbal, written, comprehension) required.
• Education level: SPM and above.
• Candidates with B2B/B2C sales experience have added advantage.
• Strong ability to turn support calls into sales opportunities.
• Passion to do sales and achieve targets.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls using proper sales and customer service practices.
• Use a consultative approach to identify needs and propose solutions for products and services.
• Resolve issues within our support scope, guiding towards third-party solutions when necessary.
• Troubleshoot client products to ensure a one-call resolution.
• Achieve metrics like First Call Resolution, Conversion Rates, Net Promoter Score, and New Sales.
• Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
