Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma completed.
• 1–2 years in Cloud-based IT sales is advantageous.
• Tech-savvy and proficient with CRM systems.
• Experience in consultative B2B solution selling for technology products.
• Outgoing and confident in inbound/outbound phone sales.
• Strong experience speaking with C-level Enterprise clients.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a track record of quota attainment.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Organized with good time management and prioritization.
• Business or technical degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily outbound phone calls/emails, contact decision makers, build quick rapport, and assess needs.
• Qualify opportunities and handle objections.
• Conduct C-level conversations with senior executives in prospective accounts.
• Explain our products/solutions and value proposition to businesses of different verticals and sizes.
• Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to source, contact, and engage prospective customers.
• Collaborate with client to create a territory plan-of-attack with target companies and messaging.
• Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process.
• Develop and codify best practices and sales workflows for interactions with prospects.
• Research and build new and existing accounts (adding contacts, emails, meetings).
