Maica Laminates Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an In House Sales Support Executive to assist customers, manage orders from receipt to delivery, and liaise with production for timely fulfillment. Job description

In House Sales Support Executive representatives support customers by providing helpful information, answering enquiries, and addressing complaints. The role involves managing the order process from order receipt through to delivery, while ensuring customer satisfaction with the company’s products, services, and information.

Key responsibilities

Manage incoming calls and emails regarding product enquiries from customers.

Prepare and provide product quotations based on customer requirements.

Process customer orders from order receipt through to delivery.

Liaise with the in-house production team to coordinate and fulfil customer orders.

Monitor product shipments and maintain accurate outgoing shipment records until completion.

Resolve product-related issues by investigating customer complaints, identifying root causes, and providing appropriate solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

About you

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a customer service position

Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with a good command of English

Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software; knowledge of Power BI is an added advantage
