Job summary

Leo Automation Trading in Johor Bahru, Malaysia, is seeking an outdoor Marketing - Sales Door by Door representative to support the sales team and work closely with customers. You will attend to customer orders, maintain rapport, and provide product knowledge to customers while delivering prompt after-sales service.

Coordinate with production for customer requests, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders until completion.

Qualifications

• Primary/Secondary education to Bachelor's degree required
• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• 1 year of working experience in related field as required
• Able to work in a team and possess good personalities

Responsibilities

• Provide support to sales team and work closely with customers

Do outdoor Marketing - Sales Door by Door

To provide support sales team and work closely with customers

Attend to customer's order and to maintain good rapport, provide and support product knowledge to customers

Provide good after sales service so that customers needs or complaints are addressed promptly

To coordinate with and production department for whatever customer's request.

Preparing quotations, sales order follow up until order complete

Follow up on collection of overdue debts

Proper filling for daily transaction

Generate analysis report

Any other functions assigned by immediate superior and above

Requirements:-

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/\"O\" Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field.

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Able to work with as a team and posses good personalities
