Job summary

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven customer service experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with English proficiency.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI knowledge is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Handle product enquiries via calls and emails.
- Prepare and provide product quotations.
- Process orders from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinate with production to fulfill orders.
- Monitor shipments and maintain records.
- Resolve complaints and identify root causes.
- Build relationships with key customers.
