JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager/Engineer (HVAC/ Inverter Products/ Hybrid) to develop and grow sales of VFD/VFI products across industries, manage key accounts, and present technical solutions to customers.
You will identify new business opportunities, coordinate with internal teams, and travel domestically including East Malaysia. Hybrid working arrangement with a focus on meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
Formación
- Minimum 3 years in sales or business development in the engineering industrial sector.
- Hands-on experience with VFD/VFI or inverter sales.
- Bachelor's or diploma in related engineering discipline.
- English proficiency; Mandarin or Malay an advantage.
- Willingness to travel domestically (East Malaysia).
Responsabilidades
- Develop and grow sales of VFI/VFD products in Malaysia.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across industrial sectors.
- Manage existing customer accounts and build long-term relationships.
- Provide technical consultation and product guidance to customers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Travel domestically for customer visits and business development.
