Job summary

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS (Nasdaq: CLPS), is seeking a Business Analyst for a 12-month contract in a hybrid work setup (4 days onsite, 1 day WFH) in Malaysia. You will partner with business users, IT, and vendors to capture requirements, translate them into BRDs and user stories, and support both Agile and waterfall deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, CS, Finance or related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting IT, digital, enterprise solutions, insurance, banking, or financial services projects.
• Language capability: Fluent Chinese and Cantonese, with English communication skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder interviews, workshop facilitation, process mapping, documentation, UAT coordination, and defect follow-up.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile and/or waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business users, product owners, IT teams, and vendors to elicit, analyse, validate, and document requirements.
• Translate business needs into BRDs, user stories, process flows, and specifications.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and sessions in English, Chinese and Cantonese.
• Perform current-state and future-state process analysis and impact assessment.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, testers, and operations to meet objectives and timelines.
• Support Agile and/or waterfall delivery, backlog refinement, sprint planning input, and release readiness.
• Prepare and review UAT scenarios, test cases, and coordinate execution and sign-off.
• Track status, risks, decisions, and action items; provide progress updates.
• Support implementation, training materials, and post-implementation verification.
• Maintain high-quality documentation and contribute to process improvements.
