Ricoh Business Services Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd seeks a Regional Business Analyst to bridge IT and business users and coordinate with 3rd party vendors across Malaysia. You will gather requirements, document processes, and support system changes from design through go-live.

You will conduct integration testing, prepare test plans, provide user training, and assist UAT and go-live activities, closely aligning with local and regional teams to ensure successful solutions.

Formación

• University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of relevant business analysis experience.
• Knowledge of D365FO/CE and ERP systems.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between IT and business users and 3rd party vendors.
• Conduct requirements gathering and document business processes and functional specs.
• Understand business needs, balance stakeholders, and propose solutions.
• Conduct system integration testing and assist troubleshooting.
• Prepare test plans, reports, and UAT logs.
• Prepare training materials and deliver User training.
• Support user acceptance testing and system go-live.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams.
