Job summary

RiDiK (a Subsidiary of CLPS. Nasdaq: CLPS) is seeking a Technical Lead/Senior Developer to guide multi-project initiatives across frontend and backend efforts.

The role requires leadership, strong enterprise app experience, and collaboration with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. The position is a 1-year contract with renewal potential, offering hybrid work with four days onsite and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a technical leadership, Tech Lead, Senior Developer, or similar role.
• Strong technical background in enterprise-level application development, preferably with hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development.
• Experience with .NET technologies and enterprise application development is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of infrastructure, cloud environments, application deployment, and system architecture.
• Experience in system operations, application support, and maintenance will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, project coordination, and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks or projects concurrently.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to bridge technical solutions and business objectives.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of technical deliverables, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Added Advantage: Good communication skills in Chinese / English Languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with Chinese speaking stakeholders.
• Experience working in enterprise IT environments involving complex applications and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate technical activities across multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery in alignment with business requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams, ensuring adherence to established standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
• Oversee enterprise application development, with involvement in both frontend and backend development where required.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously while ensuring project milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among technical teams, business users, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support system operations, maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution to maintain application stability and performance.
• Work with infrastructure and cloud teams to support application deployment, integration, and operational requirements.
• Identify technical challenges, assess potential risks, and implement effective solutions to improve system performance and operational efficiency.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively address issues that may affect delivery timelines or quality.
