Job summary

EDV Werke in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, seeks an IT Business Analyst to drive requirements elicitation, process optimization, and cloud-enabled solution design. You will collaborate with product owners and agile teams to manage backlogs, refine user stories, and coordinate cloud integrations with internal and third-party platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Experience in Platform Engineering or DevSecOps environments.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and business documentation for Agile software delivery.
• Experience with cloud-native solutions, microservices, REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and system interaction analysis.
• Experience with Scrum or Kanban methodologies, Jira, Confluence, and international teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Optimize business processes and support digital transformation through cloud solutions.
• Design and document solutions with user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation for cloud-native apps.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and Agile teams to manage backlogs and refine user stories.
• Define requirements for cloud-native applications, microservices, REST APIs, and integrations.
• Act as liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating workshops and changes.
• Coordinate testing and support continuous improvement and Agile practices.
