Serve as the main point of contact between business users and development/vendor teams.
Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams.
Support project delivery including user acceptance testing and solution validation.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 application support, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with vendors.
