Job summary

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS, is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst in Kuala Lumpur. You will work with global stakeholders to reconcile cash accounts, build dashboards, and monitor end-to-end client transactions.

The role emphasizes data-driven liquidity management, process improvements, and cross-country collaboration, with English and Chinese language requirements. A strong MS Office and SQL/Python background is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or above; more than 3 years in operations or customer services.
• Experience in reconciliation, especially cash and banking.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
• Attention to detail; ability to learn quickly and stay goal/result oriented.
• Good reading/writing in English and Chinese; able to work in bilingual environment.
• Experience with MS Office; VBA, SQL, Python, and BI tools are plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform transaction and settlement reconciliation; investigate and fix breaks; ensure timely processing and cash/banking reconciliation.
• Monitor end-to-end client transactions; handle inquiries; communicate with Finance, Customer Service, and Product teams to resolve issues.
• Oversee settlement of client funds and money pools; support liquidity management and treasury efficiency initiatives.
• Assist in building data-driven performance metrics, QA framework, and tooling to detect and remediate risks and defects.
• Maintain knowledge base and SOPs; improve processes; implement scalable automation solutions.
• Set up compliant, accurate reporting data capabilities per regulatory and 3rd-party requirements.
