PR Newswire Asia Ltd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Regional Onboarding Specialist to drive client success across 8 APAC markets using the CisionOne platform.

You will handle pre-sales and post-sales onboarding, host virtual orientation sessions, perform data analysis, create tailored reports, and deliver insights to help clients achieve their goals while collaborating with the APAC sales team.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in customer support, sales operations, or communications.
• Strong stakeholder management and client-relationship skills.
• Willingness to work with APAC markets and multi-laceted clients.
• Fluency in English and Chinese preferred for cross-market communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with APAC sales to align client goals, including pre- and post-sales support.
• Onboard and support new clients to the CisionOne platform; conduct onboarding sessions via phone and email.
• Provide training and information on platform products; assist with media monitoring requests.
• Create standardized dashboards and reports using Cision software or Microsoft Office.
• Deliver insights and reports to help clients meet goals and deadlines.
