Cision is seeking a Customer Success & Onboarding Specialist to drive client success across 8 APAC markets from Kuala Lumpur. You’ll handle pre-sales and post-sales activities, onboard new clients to the CisionOne platform, and deliver tailored reports with media analysis to meet client goals.

Qualificações

• 1–5 years of experience in customer support, sales operations, analytics, insights, or communications within a relevant industry.
• Strong stakeholder management to build relationships across internal sales and external clients.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken) to engage with markets including Singapore, Korea, Hong Kong, Australia, Taiwan, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the APAC sales team to understand client goals, including pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Onboard and support new clients to the CisionOne platform, including client inquiries and hosting virtual onboarding sessions.
• Provide platform product information, training, and support for clients.
• Troubleshoot client issues and assist internal stakeholders with media monitoring requests.
• Deliver client reports and generate insights, including media analysis and standardized dashboards/reports using Cision software or Microsoft Office.
