Job summary

Cision is seeking a proactive Client Success professional to drive onboarding and post-sales support across 8 APAC markets from our Kuala Lumpur office, with hybrid work options. You will engage in pre-sales activities, host onboarding sessions, and deliver tailored reports using CisionOne and MS Office tools.

Ideal candidates are 1-5 years in customer support or analytics, fluent in English and Chinese, and capable of transforming data into actionable insights for clients across Singapore,

Qualifications

• Passionate about sales support and customer experience.
• 1-5 years of experience in customer support, sales operations, analytics, insights, or communications.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with APAC sales team to understand client goals and provide pre-sales and post-sales support.
• Onboard new clients to the platform and conduct orientation/training sessions via phone and email.
• Provide platform product information, support, or training as needed.
• Troubleshoot and assist clients and internal stakeholders with media monitoring requests.
• Deliver reports and insights based on client needs, including dashboards and standard reports.
