Job summary

IDR seeks a proactive Client Services Associate in Malaysia to manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will build strong client relationships and support account growth within a fast-paced global setting.

In this role, you will partner with top management consulting firms and Fortune 100/500 clients, coordinating multiple research projects, schedules, and cross-functional teams to deliver insights across industries and emerging topics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in client services, account management, project management, consulting support, or a related client-facing role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, or other regional languages is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring seamless communication and successful project delivery.
• Lead and manage a portfolio of concurrent research projects from initiation to completion, including timelines and stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate expert consultations and client calls across multiple time zones while maintaining quality standards.
