Job summary

Topaire Sales & Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Sales and Application Engineer for Air Conditioning. You will support the sales team, understand cooling requirements from government and private sectors, and recommend suitable solutions while coordinating with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.

You will collaborate with internal teams, regulators, and external partners to ensure efficient supply chain operations and adherence to quality standards, contributing to successful tender

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with knowledge in air conditioning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working with government and private sectors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely submission of tender quotations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with government and semi-government customers.
• Provide product information, pricing, and technical details to sales teams.
• Assist the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals with technical insights.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations to prospective customers.
• Ensure proposed solutions meet customer requirements and comply with industry standards.
• Provide technical support to service during testing and commissioning.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with energy and product quality standards.
• Liaise with local OEM manufacturers on product drawings prior to orders.
