Job summary

Hydroball Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales & Business Development professional to drive HVAC & ATCS solutions in Johor, Malaysia, and Singapore.

You will actively engage clients, manage pre-sales activities, prepare proposals and tenders, and coordinate with engineering to ensure successful project delivery and revenue growth.

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with proven B2B sales and tender experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience: Proven B2B sales experience with project or tender exposure, preferably in HVAC.
• Skills: Strong communication, technical presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Technical sales and business development to engage clients and expand market.
• Identify customer requirements, prepare proposals and RFPs.
• Coordinate pre-sales specifications with engineering and implementation teams.
• Manage end-to-end tender processes, site visits, and proposals.
• Liaise with clients and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Drive market growth and achieve sales targets for HVAC/ATCS solutions.
• Cost control and strategy to maximize margins.
