Job summary

Aconland Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a capable sales professional in Malaysia to identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. You will promote and sell air-conditioning, HVAC and related products, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, HVAC, or a related field.
• Must have mechanical engineering knowledge or relevant mechanical experience.
• Strong sales and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Able to understand and explain technical products and solutions clearly.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good negotiation, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel for customer visits and site meetings when required.
• Able to work closely with internal teams and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel for work.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Promote and sell air-conditioning, HVAC and related products and solutions.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and product presentations for customers.
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations and technical discussions when required.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Follow up on sales enquiries, quotations, orders and payment status.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities and industry developments.
