Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Engineering Support Engineer to join our team. You will provide technical support to ensure smooth execution of HVAC projects and service operations, working closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and maintain system performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication
• Experience in AHU selection, duct sizing and heat load calculation is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Perform site visits to understand client needs and provide HVAC solutions
• Develop design concepts, design drawings, and manage technical specifications for HVAC systems
• Handle engineering drawings, documentation, verification and record keeping
• Plan and provide technical support including equipment schedules, heat load estimation, unit selection, ducting, piping, pumps
• Highlight and solve technical issues during support

Acson Malaysia Sales & Service Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Engineering Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical support and expertise to ensure the smooth execution of engineering projects and service operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, maintain system performance, and assist in the design and implementation of engineering solutions.

What you need to do

Perform site visits to understand client’s need in order to provide the best HVAC solution for the project

Responsible to develop design concept, undertake design drawings & manage technical specification for the HVAC systems

Handle and manage engineering drawings, documentation, verification and proper record keeping

Plan and carry out technical support such as (equipment schedule and layout drawings, heat load estimation, design and selection of units, ducting, piping, pumps etc.)

Highlight, analyse and solve the technical issues faced during technical support

What do you need to have

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

Must be literate in using AUTOCAD

Possess innovative, positive attitude, open minded, willing to share, honest & good personality

Experience in AHU selection, duct sizing & heat load calculation will be added advantage

Good command of written and verbal English & Bahasa Malaysia
