Job summary

Topaire Sales & Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic sales professional in Johor Bahru to expand the dealers, installers and contractors network for Topaire air-conditioning products. You will visit dealers, understand their business needs and drive product support and sales growth.

Responsibilities include promoting campaigns, gathering market intelligence, handling inquiries and quotations, and collaborating with Customer Service, Logistics, Technical Support and Marketing to ensure excellent

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in air-conditioning or related industry.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; Sales & Marketing / Mechanical / Electrical encouraged.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; able to develop new business and manage dealer accounts.
• Willing to travel within the assigned territory and proficient in Microsoft Office; English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the Company's dealers, installers and contractors network by building strong relationships and driving sales.
• Conduct regular visits to dealers, electrical shops and business partners to understand their needs and provide product support.
• Promote Topaire products, campaigns and incentive programmes to encourage dealers and installers to actively sell.
• Gather market intelligence on pricing, incentives, promotions and competitor activity; report to management.
• Handle enquiries, quotations, product recommendations, and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
