Job summary

Renrui HR in Malaysia seeks an HR Systems Operations & Support specialist to manage daily HR system operations, handle incidents, maintain data integrity, and ensure reliable performance for Malaysia and overseas regions.

The role encompasses core HR operations, employee support, access management for Lark and related HR systems, plus project support and on-site assistance as needed to keep HR processes smooth and compliant.

Responsibilities

• Overseas HR Systems Operations & Support: Manage day-to-day HR system operations, maintenance and user support for Malaysia and overseas regions; respond promptly to incidents, data discrepancies and user inquiries to ensure stable system operations.
• Core HR Operations & Employee Support: Support local employees with joiner-mover-leaver processes, employee inquiries, payroll calculation support and HR data support; assist with engagement events and training coordination.
• Collaboration Platforms & Access Management (Lark / HR Systems): Administer organization structure, account lifecycle, roles and access permissions for Lark and related HR systems; manage activation, changes and deactivation throughout the lifecycle to maintain secure access.
• System / Process Optimization & Project Support: Gather local HR requirements, conduct feasibility, support testing and go-live deployment, and provide user training; drive improvements for local HR operational efficiency.
• Other Responsibilities: Provide on-site HR support in Malaysia for ad hoc matters and carry out other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

1. Overseas HR Systems Operations & Support

Manage the day-to-day operation, maintenance and user support of HR systems for Malaysia and other overseas regions. Respond promptly to system incidents, data discrepancies and user enquiries to ensure stable and reliable system operations.

2. Core HR Operations & Employee Support

Support local employees with core HR administration, including joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes, employee enquiries, payroll calculation support and clarification, and HR data support. Assist the local HR team with other operational activities such as employee engagement events and training coordination.

3. Collaboration Platforms & Access Management (Lark / HR Systems)

Administer the organizational structure, account lifecycle, roles and access permissions for collaboration platforms such as Lark and related HR systems for the Malaysia team. Manage access activation, changes and deactivation throughout the employee lifecycle to maintain secure system access and compliant permission controls.

4. System / Process Optimization & Project Support

Participate in the continuous improvement of HR systems and digital HR processes. Gather local business requirements in Malaysia, conduct feasibility assessments, support testing and validation, coordinate go live deployment, and provide user training. Drive process improvements that enhance local HR operational efficiency.

5. Other Responsibilities

Provide on-site HR support in Malaysia for ad hoc operational matters when required, and carry out other duties assigned by management.
