Job summary

You will handle onboarding, transfers, and offboarding, ensuring smooth workforce movements and alignment with HR policies. The role requires 2–3 years of HR experience, a degree in HRM or business, knowledge of labour regulations and HRIS, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle employee enquiries and grievances; support welfare initiatives and engagement activities.
• Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates to the HR information system (HRIS).

• Manpower Outsourcing Management & Staffing
• Fully support manpower requirements (foreign workers) and participate in foreign worker resource planning, including recruitment, replacement, and termination, to ensure smooth business operations.
• Oversee and manage the end-to-end movement of blue-collar employees, covering onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
• Verify and ensure the accuracy of foreign worker attendance records and payroll calculations.
• Talent Management
• Ensure that all processes related to employee onboarding, training, transfers, and offboarding comply with HR policies and are aligned with company interests.
• Coordinate with external training providers when necessary.
• Employee Relations
• Assist in handling employee enquiries and grievances.
• Support initiatives to drive employee engagement and welfare activities.
• HR Administration
• Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates to the HR information system.
• Compliance & Reporting
• Ensure all HR practices comply with labour laws and company policies.
• Prepare HR-related reports for management review.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge & Skills: Familiar with HR workflows, labour regulations, and HRIS platforms. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office. Responsible, able to maintain confidentiality, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
