Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring an HR Executive / Senior HR Executive (Foreign Worker Management & Operations) to join our expanding team in Selangor or Johor. You will handle foreign worker planning, onboarding, mobility, and end-to-end HR administration to support our industrial footprint.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of HR operations experience, strong knowledge of local labor laws, and hands-on experience with HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or related field.
• 2–3 years of HR operations experience.
• Experience with foreign worker management is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of local labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Support foreign worker planning, recruitment, onboarding, mobility, transfer, and termination processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee and control the full lifecycle of blue-collar employees.
• Verify and audit foreign workers’ attendance, overtime, and salary calculations.
• Ensure onboarding, job placements, transfers, and offboarding comply with statutory labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with external training providers when required.
• Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) and prepare headcount analytics for management.

Job Title: HR Executive / Senior HR Executive (Foreign Worker Management & Operations)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: MYR 4,000 – MYR 7,000 / month

About the Role:

We are expanding rapidly and seeking 2–3 proactive HR Executives to join our team in either Selangor or Johor. This role will focus heavily on foreign manpower allocation, blue-collar workforce operations, compliance, and end-to-end human resource administration to support our expanding industrial footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support foreign worker planning, recruitment, onboarding, mobility, transfer, and termination processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee and control the full lifecycle of blue-collar employees.
• Verify and audit foreign workers’ attendance, overtime, and salary calculations.
• Talent Management & Training:
• Ensure all onboarding, job placements, transfers, and offboarding comply with statutory labor laws and company policies.
• Coordinate with external training providers when required.
• Employee Relations & Welfare:
• Assist in addressing employee queries, grievances, and disputes.
• Help organize employee engagement programs and welfare initiatives.
• HR Administration & Compliance:
• Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Ensure strict compliance with the Malaysian Employment Act and local labor laws.
• Prepare periodic HR reports and headcount analytics for management.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands‑on HR operations experience (experience with foreign worker management/outsourcing is a strong plus).
• Skills: Solid understanding of local labor laws, foreign worker compliance, and HRIS systems.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and resilience under pressure.
