Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle and partner with stakeholders to enhance an engaging employee experience. You will manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment, payroll and compliance, and contribute to HR-related projects.

Manage and support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle matters.
Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, confirmation, transfer, promotion and employee separation processes.
Support payroll administration, compensation exercises and statutory compliance requirements.
Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters, including employee counselling and preparation of relevant documentation.
Coordinate performance management and learning & development activities, including training needs, programme administration and HRD Corp matters.
Provide guidance and support to employees and line managers on HR policies, procedures and employment-related matters.
Prepare HR reports, maintain accurate employee records and support internal audits and management reporting.
Support HR projects, policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant HR generalist experience, preferably with exposure to HR operations, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, training and statutory compliance.
Good knowledge of HR practices, Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS and/or payroll systems.
Well organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
