Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR generalist to assist in recruitment programs, coordinate onboarding/offboarding, and handle payroll-related tasks including attendance, overtime and claims. Assist in recruitment programs and the hiring process.
Coordinate and facilitate smooth on & off boarding processes.
Handled payroll-related tasks including attendance tracking, overtime and claims.
Support employee relations initiatives to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Oversee HR operations to ensure compliance with company policies and Malaysian labor laws.
Maintain accurate HR records and assist with audits and reporting requirements.
Administer employee benefits and leave management.
Maintain employee records and personnel files accurately.
Coordinate employee development and manage HRDF applications and training records.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
At least 3-5 years working experience
Proven ability to work under pressure, multitask, plan and prioritize workload
Efficient time management skills to ensure deadlines are met
Self-motivated, hardworking, organized, diligent, flexible, focused and able to think independently
Able to work independently under less supervision
