Info-Tech Systems Integrators (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a highly organized Human Resource Recruiter to handle the full recruitment cycle and related clerical duties, supporting efficient office operations.

You will source candidates, screen resumes, draft job ads, liaise with hiring managers, and ensure compliance with local employment laws. Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with additional Chinese as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree or relevant qualifications in any field.
• Have at least 1 year experience in Recruitment field.
• Full knowledge with all relevant job portals including Hiredly, Indeed, LinkedIn and etc.
• Able to communicate verbally & writing in English and Bahasa Malaysia fluently. Chinese will be an added advantage.

Responsabilités

• Handle full cycle recruitment process.
• Headhunt candidates from different Job Portal.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Draft and post job advertisements on job portals.
• Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback.
• Identify passive candidates using creative and innovative recruiting techniques.
• Partner with hiring managers and team to identify and understand key requirements, then build a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
• Develop extensive Talent Acquisition knowledge and build relationships with business leaders and hiring managers.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by Management.

We are looking to hire a highly organized Human Resource Recruiter to perform full cycle of recruitment process and clerical duties necessary for effective office management.

Main Responsibilities:

To handle full cycle recruitment process

Headhunt candidates from different Job Portal.

Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings

Draft and post job advertisements on job portals

Communicate proactively and in a timely manner with candidates, providing details on the selection process and Hiring Leader feedback

Identifying passive candidates using creative and innovative recruiting techniques

Partnering with hiring managers and team to identify and understand key requirements, then build a comprehensive recruiting strategy.

Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and have sharp business acumen, forging dynamic relationships with business leaders, hiring managers

Any other ad hoc duties as assigned from your Management.

Main Requirement:
