Job summary

Superb Impression Creationz Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Human Resources Executive to manage end-to-end HR tasks, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and HR communications.

You will work with line managers to implement HR initiatives, assist in training arrangements, and handle payroll-related reports while contributing to employee engagement and event planning.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, HR or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in HR, especially recruitment.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin & Malay; Mandarin proficiency preferred for client communication.
• Independent, self-motivated, organized, hardworking and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including job advertising, screening and interview coordination.
• Assist in updating manpower statistics and monthly recruitment status reports.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Issue HR correspondence letters and announcements as needed.
• Coordinate training arrangements from sourcing to post-training evaluation and grants.
• Assist monthly payroll processing and payroll summaries.
• Provide HR administrative support and organize company events.
• Collaborate with line managers to implement HR initiatives (training, engagement events).

Job description

Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment including job advertising, screening, interview arrangement, conducting reference check if required.

Assist in updating and maintain manpower requirement statistics, identify recruitment requirements and prepare monthly recruitment status report.

Take part in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

In charge of the issuance of HR related correspondence letters and announcement as and when required.

Responsible for the full cycle of training arrangements, from course sourcing, registration, and HRDCorp grant application to post-training evaluation.

Assist in monthly payroll processing and prepare payroll summary reports

Provide HR administrative support and assist in organizing company event.

Work closely with the line managers to implement ongoing HR initiatives ie. in-house training, employee engagement event and etc.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin, Human Resource or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years working experiences in HR role particularly in recruitment field.
• Good command in English, Mandarin & Malay, both verbal and written. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Able to work independent with minimum supervision, self-motivateandself-starter, organized, hardworking and result oriented.
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
