Job summary

IoTronix Technologies Sdn Bhd, based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, seeks a Human Resources Generalist to manage recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding orientation. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Preferably 5 years of hands on experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
• Solid understanding of local labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Malay to support HR communications, meetings, and documentation. Mandarin proficiency is required due to the nature of certain work-related communications.
• Experience partnering with managers and supporting employees across multiple departments.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

• Promote Company as an employer of choice through various channels; participate in job fairs, networking events and other recruitment activities.
• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with legal requirements and company policies; maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Coordinate training programs; assess training needs and assist in creating annual training plans; collaborate with training providers.
• Handle Employee Relations and Industrial Relations to maintain a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in QHR; track HR key metrics and report progress.
• Oversee timely staff confirmations, contract renewals, promotions, salary adjustments, and appraisals.
