Job summary

VIVASTAR ENTERTAIMENT is seeking a proactive HR Recruiter & Interviewer to join our team in Malaysia. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, screen candidates, and conduct interviews to help us meet hiring targets.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work independently, and willingness to learn. Fresh graduates are welcome, and Mandarin proficiency is a plus as we engage a diverse candidate pool. You will explain roles and packages to candidates and support onboarding.

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in at least 2 languages; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and meet recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

• Post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
• Source, screen, and contact potential candidates.
