Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screening calls, assessing candidates, and shortlisting suitable profiles for open positions.
• Review and evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, experience, career aspirations, and suitability against specific job requirements.
• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, databases, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview arrangements, feedback and offer negotiations.
• Recommend and present suitable candidates to employers based on their requirements and provide relevant candidate information to support the hiring decision.
• Liaise with employers to understand their recruitment needs, job requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate expectations.
• Manage recruitment assignments and ensure timely follow-up with both candidates and employers to facilitate successful placements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the recruitment database/system.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
