Private Advertiser in Kuching seeks a responsible HR Officer/Executive to manage daily HR administration, attendance, payroll and employee records.
You will monitor attendance via HR systems, handle recruitment, prepare letters, coordinate onboarding and training, maintain HR data, and ensure statutory submissions and payroll accuracy with confidentiality.
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented HR Officer/ Executive to join our team.
Handle daily HR administration, attendance, leave, medical claims and employee records.
Monitor and update staff attendance and HR matters through WhatsApp groups and HR systems.
Process monthly payroll using AutoCount Payroll.
Handle salary calculations, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonuses and payroll adjustments.
Manage statutory contributions and submissions including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, LHDN and HRD Corp.
Prepare payroll reports, payslips and assist with payroll reconciliation and audits.
Handle recruitment activities including vacancy posting, candidate screening, interview arrangements and onboarding.
Prepare Offer Letters, Employment Agreements, resignation-related letters and other HR documents.
Coordinate new employee orientation, Food Handling Course and Typhoid Injection.
Maintain and update Staff Personal Profiles, HR records, filing systems and HR databases.
Create, review and update HR SOPs, policies, handbook and documentation.
Monitor KPI-related documents, projects and staff submissions.
Prepare and circulate HR memos, announcements and notices when required.
Handle employee disciplinary matters and ensure proper documentation.
Organize and attend monthly meetings with HODs and Operation Team.
Assist with LHDN stamping, CP22, CP22A and other statutory matters.
Handle payroll system issues and coordinate with system support when required.
Perform other ad-hoc duties and projects assigned by Management or Superior.
Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance or related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, payroll, and HR administration.
Candidates with experience in AutoCount Payroll, statutory submissions, recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance will have an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Responsible, proactive and able to maintain confidentiality.
Preferably candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period of less than one month.
