Job summary

Burger King in Malaysia seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee HR operations in a fast-paced environment. You will manage manpower planning, lead recruitment, handle relations and disciplinary matters, and drive HR policy implementation.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of Malaysian employment practices, and the ability to advise management on HR-related matters to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years HR experience; managerial or supervisory experience preferred.
• F&B, retail, hospitality, or high-volume operations experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment practices.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
