Job summary

Car Medic in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage daily HR operations and employee matters, liaise with external consultants, handle recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave and disciplinary issues.

The role requires a diploma or degree in HRM or related fields, at least two years of HR experience, payroll processing know-how, and strong knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and immigration requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of HR experience.
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related Management field.
• Hands on experience in payroll processing and statutory submission (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws and employment regulations.
• Familiar with Foreign Worker regulations and immigration requirements.
