We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of Human Resources functions. This role will work closely with Management to drive workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and HR initiatives that support the Company's growth, operational excellence, and business objectives.
Job Description:
Organization & Manpower Planning
- Lead organization planning and manpower planning to support business growth andoperational needs.
- Work closely with Management and HOD to identify workforce requirements andoptimize organizational effectiveness.
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Develop and oversee recruitment strategies, talent sourcing, hiring plans, interviewprocesses, and workforce planning.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure timely fulfilment of manpowerrequirements.
HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Administer and implement HR policies, procedures, employee handbook, and HRinitiatives across the organization.
- Manage employee relations matters, including counselling, performance management,disciplinary issues, and exit interviews.
- Ensure employees comply with company policies and procedures.
Compensation & Compliance
- Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, and monitorperformance appraisal processes.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws, regulations, and company policies.
Performance Management
- Lead and oversee the Company's performance management and appraisal process.
- Work closely with Management and HODs to establish employee KPIs and reviewperformance.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate improvement or developmentactions.
- Monitor underperforming employees and support the implementation of PerformanceImprovement Plans (PIPs), where necessary.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Supervise HR operations, reports, documentation, and daily activities to ensureefficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead and guide the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Attend management and interdepartmental meetings and provide HRrecommendations to support business objectives.
Payroll & HR Administration
- Oversee and be actively involved in the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurateand timely salary processing, statutory contributions, and payroll-related matters.
To Be Successful In This Role:
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Studies, Administration, Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in handling the full spectrum of HR functions, including organization planning, manpower planning, and recruitment.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent acquisition, and HR best practices.
- Hands-on and willing to be actively involved in both strategic HR initiatives and day to-day HR operations
- Well-versed in Malaysian Employment Act and labour regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
