Bidfood Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full spectrum of human resources and oversee the Company's administration function across HQ and branches. This role works closely with Management and department managers to support employees, ensure legal compliance and maintain smooth daily operations.
Manage the full spectrum of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and employee engagement.
Advise Management and department managers on HR policies, employee relations and workforce matters.
Manage disciplinary cases, grievances, poor performance and other industrial relations matters.
Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
Review and maintain HR policies, employee records, employment contracts and HR systems.
Coordinate annual performance appraisal, salary increment and bonus exercises.
Prepare HR reports covering headcount, recruitment, turnover, payroll and other workforce matters.
Oversee the Administration Department, including office facilities, maintenance, security, company vehicles, insurance and general office services.
Lead and support the HR and Administration team to ensure effective daily operations.
Perform other HR and administrative duties or projects assigned by Management.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, including min 2 years experience in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, payroll and statutory requirements.
Experience managing the full spectrum of HR and overseeing administration functions.
Good communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on, organised and able to work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/payroll systems.
