Job summary

Premium Height is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruitment, manage employee relations, and shape HR policies in line with Malaysian labor laws. The role involves performance management, training coordination, and payroll system experience to ensure compliant, efficient HR operations.

The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma/degree in HR with at least 3 years of experience, proficient in MS Office, and fluent in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Human Resource or related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in Human Resource.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
  • Experience in UBS payroll software is an added advantage.
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to speak and write Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding to build a talented workforce.
  • Develop and maintain strong connections with recruitment agencies and educational institutions to create a robust talent pipeline.
  • Handle grievances, conduct investigations, and foster a positive work environment to promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in line with Malaysian labor laws and organizational needs.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees, and addressing performance issues.
  • Identify training needs, coordinate programs, and support initiatives to enhance skills and capabilities across the organization.
  • Ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations, conducting periodic salary reviews and benchmarking.
  • Stay updated on Malaysian labor laws and regulations, especially those related to foreign workers, managing application processes and requirements.
  • Oversee HR administrative functions, maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR systems efficiently.

Requirement:
