Job summary

Netmedias, Malaysia's leading digital content company, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function, strengthen capabilities and foster a high-performing culture aligned with growth ambitions. This hands-on role offers exposure to senior management and the opportunity to shape people strategy and employee development.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, succession planning and workforce analytics while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem- solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full spectrum of HR functions across the organisation.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure the Company attracts suitable candidates who fit both the role and organisational culture.
• Drive learning and development, talent management, succession planning and workforce planning.
• Cultivate a collaborative, accountable and performance-driven workplace culture.
• Advise Management on employee relations, performance improvement and organisational matters.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws and statutory requirements.
• Use HR reports and workforce analytics to support management decisions.
• Continuously improve HR processes, systems and the overall employee experience.
