Job summary

Sports Direct Malaysia is seeking an HR Intern to support attendance, leave management, and HRIS data entry in a dynamic retail setting.

You will be pursuing a Diploma or Degree in HRM or related fields while developing communication, MS Office skills, and confidentiality practices in a fast-growing retailer.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree in HRM, Business Admin, or equivalent field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn.
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Check employees’ daily attendances.
• Update and monitor leave entitlements and applications.
• Follow up and compile relevant documents for new employees.
• Data entry of new employees into the HRIS system.
• Perform general administrative duties as assigned by immediate superior.
• Complete any other assignments as directed by immediate superior.
