We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR & Admin Intern to join our team. You will not just be doing paperwork — you will get hands‑on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations and workplace administration.
Competitive Allowance: RM1,000 monthly allowance with standard Monday-Friday working schedule
Extended 1.5-hour lunch break (12:30pm-2:00pm) for work-life balance

Gain hands‑on experience with HRIS systems and comprehensive office management skills
Participate in monthly celebrations including birthday parties, breakfast days, and festive events
Key Responsibilities:-
Support HR activities including resume screening, interview scheduling, background checks, and company event planning, attendance checking, leave management, payroll calculation, etc
Manage daily clerical operations including filing systems, database updates, and documentation administration
Handle new employee on‑boarding tasks such as email creation, access card setup, ID printing, and equipment distribution
Oversee office management including inventory control, supply distribution, and maintaining cleanliness standards
Coordinate employee equipment collection during resignations including laptops, access cards, and company properties
Requirements:-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or currently pursuing studies in HR or related field
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent organizational, and problem-solving
