Jora Malaysia is seeking an HR Intern to gain hands-on exposure across recruitment, employee engagement, learning and development, HR processes, onboarding, and HR administration. This internship is designed to give you exposure across different areas of HR, help you discover your strengths, and give you a clearer picture of where you want to take your career next.

As an HR Intern, you’ll be actively involved in various HR initiatives and work in Bandar Sunway, with no prior work experience

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• No prior work experience required – attitude and willingness to learn are valued.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and a quick learner.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment: participate in sourcing, pre-screening, interviews, and offer stages.
• Employee Engagement: assist with engagement activities and implement ideas.
• Learning & Development: exposure to DNA needs analysis and L&D administration.
• HR Processes & HRIS: coordinate data, assist HRIS tasks, and create engaging HR videos.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: support joining and exiting processes.
• HR Administration: assist with IT assets, stationery, user IDs, and related tasks.
• Ad Hoc Projects: take on other HR tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Join us as an HR Intern and get a first-hand look at the exciting day-to-day world of Human Resources. This internship is designed to give you exposure across different areas of HR, help you discover your strengths, and give you a clearer picture of where you want to take your career next.

As an HR Intern, you won’t just be observing—you’ll be actively involved in various HR initiatives, including:

• Recruitment: Get exposure to the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and pre-screening candidates to interviews and extending offers to successful candidates.
• Employee Engagement: Support employee engagement activities and bring your creative ideas to life!
• Learning & Development: Gain exposure to Developing Needs Analysis (DNA), execution of DNA initiatives, and L&D administration.
• HR Processes & HRIS: Support HR coordination, information collection, employee data updates, and HRIS-related activities. You’ll also have the opportunity to use your creativity to create fun and engaging educational videos to promote HR awareness.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Gain first-hand experience in supporting the employee journey from joining to leaving the organization.
• HR Administration: Provide administrative support where relevant, including IT asset assignment, stationery management, user ID setup, and other related activities.
• Ad Hoc Projects: Take on other exciting HR tasks and projects assigned by your Line Manager.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or have completed at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field from a reputable university.
• Available for a 3-6 month internship.
• No prior work experience required—we value your attitude and willingness to learn!
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• A fast learner who is curious and eager to pick up new skills.
• Willing to work in Bandar Sunway.
