We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Regional Human Resources team. This internship offers valuable hands-on exposure to various HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee data management, HR operations, and regional HR projects. You will work closely with experienced HR professionals and gain practical experience in supporting a dynamic and diverse workforce within a global technology and automation company.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboarding Coordination: Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
- HR Operations Administration: Assist with employee records management, document filing, data entry, and maintaining the accuracy of HR databases and systems.
- Internship & Learning Programs: Support the coordination of internship programs, employee engagement activities, and learning & development initiatives.
- HR Projects & Regional Initiatives: Collaborate with the Regional HR team on HR projects, process improvements, and organizational initiatives.
- HR Systems Support: Assist with HR system administration tasks, including user account maintenance and data updates.
- Reporting & Analytics: Support the preparation of HR reports, dashboards, and data analysis to facilitate decision-making.
- Compliance & Documentation: Assist in ensuring employee records and HR documentation are maintained in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- General HR Support: Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team and undertake ad hoc assignments when required.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with an interest in HR metrics and data analysis.
- Professional, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Available for a minimum internship period of 4 months.
