Job summary

TCIM is seeking a motivated HR Intern in Malaysia to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration within a supportive team.

You will assist with postings, screening, interviews, onboarding, employee engagement, and data entry while receiving mentorship and exposure to real projects.

Qualifications

• Assist with posting jobs, screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Prepare onboarding materials and support new hires during their first days.
• Maintain and organize employee records and data entry.
• Support HR initiatives for employee engagement activities and events.
• Coordinate training programs and other development activities.
• Assist in ensuring HR policies comply with local labor laws.

Job Description:

Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
