Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Human Resources Executive (Intermediate Level) to support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks in Malaysia. The role covers onboarding, offboarding, records management and HR database updates.

The successful candidate will assist with payroll preparation and statutory contributions, and handle expatriate HR matters like work permits and visas. Strong communication and confidentiality are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of HR experience.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements is an advantage.
• Experience with expatriate HR processes is plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to confidentiality.
• Independent worker who can also collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.

POSITION : HUMAN RESOURCES EXECUTIVE (INTERMEDIATE LEVEL)

Salary : RM3,000.00 – RM4,000.00

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HR database updates
• Support payroll preparation and statutory contributions (SOCSO, EPF, EIS, etc.)
• Assist with employee insurance and benefits administration
• Support expatriate-related HR matters (work permits, visas, renewals, documentation)
• Assist in employee relations and HR inquiries
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company HR policies
• Support HR projects and other ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 years or above of HR experience
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (SOCSO, EPF, etc.) is an advantage
• Exposure to expatriate HR processes is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Saturday Half Day
• Possess own transports
